A lot of time has been spent by head chef Wah and General Manager Yee putting together a tantalising menu which experiments with new combinations of cooking and presentations but of course still including many favourite classics.

All the produce and ingredients are, as far as possible, sourced from local businesses, suppliers and farmers. And to the best of knowledge, additive and preservative free the ethos is to focus on healthy eating.
